What is Goalfess?

Golafess is a site that allows you to discover, share and follow the latest business news in a fun and engaging way

How do Goalfess editors moderate user posts?
​
If a user has made a complaint against a post the team will look to see if it has violated our policy guidelines.
​
If a user has broken the user guidelines then they will be given a strike. If the same user commits another violation of our policy guidelines within a 2 month period they will have their account suspended indefinitely.

What services does Goalfess offer?

Golafess offers a variety of offers to its users. We host multiple accounts on YouTube through video content.

We also offer information about services and products in guideline with the FCA.

How do I comment?
​
Below each article published by the Golafess , there is a comments section at the bottom of the page.

In order to comment the user must first create a profile. Once the user profile has been created the user can comment.

What shouldn't I comment?
​
Users should refrain from writing any offensive or potentially harmful content to others.
​
If a user is reported the moderation team will examine in context and make a decision to see if it had breached our policy guidelines.

I posted a comment but it didn't show, why?
​
If a user has posted a comment but cannot see it then it may take a few seconds for the content to show on the page. The user should attempt to refresh the page.

If the user can still not see the comment after refreshing the page, please contact our admin team and we will handle the issue.

I can see a bug with the site, how do I report it?

If the user notices a mistake with the site, please contact our team to let us know.

I can see a mistake in the article, how do I report it?
Before Golafess publishes content, it is fact-checked. However, if there is a mistake you believe shouldn't be present in the article, then please contact the admin team and we will examine the issue for you.

What to do if you have forgotten your password

If a user has forgotten their password then go to the 'sign in' at the top of the screen. On the page, it will have an option 'Forgotten password'.

Please fill in the details required in order to log back in.
​
If you still can not log in then please email the admin team and we will work with the user on this issue.

How can I edit or delete a comment?
​
If a user has posted a comment they wish to edit or delete then they can do so through the comment section.
​
What do I do if I never got my validation email?
​
It can take some time once a user has registered to receive their validation email. If, after 30 minutes the user has not received one then please contact the admin team and we will happily resolve this issue for you.

How do I change my name, photo, or other details?
​
The user can go to 'my profile' and edit their name, photo or other details there.
​

Can I log in with my social media accounts?
​
At the time of writing, we are unable to sync social media with our log in due to security reasons. We want our users to know we are working on this issue and it will be resolved shortly.
